- 3 cloves, garlic- minced(finely chopped)

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 8 oz orecchiette or other small pasta

- Fresh basil leaves(optional)

- Grated Parmesan cheese

- Balsamic vinegar (optional)


### Instructions:

1. **Cook the Pasta**: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
