yummy chicken lollipop.......

😘

Here's a recipe for making delicious Chicken Lollipops at home:

### Ingredients.......😝

**For the Chicken Lollipops:**

- 12 chicken wings (drumettes or whole wings)

-  1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon red chili sauce

- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice

- Salt to taste

**For the Batter:**

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)

- 1/4 cup cornflour

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Water (as needed to make a thick batter)

**For Frying:**

- Oil for deep frying

### Instructions

1. **Prepare the Chicken Lollipops:**

   - If using whole wings, separate the drumette from the flat and remove the tip. You can use the flat part to make lollipops as well.

   - Take each drumette and push the meat down towards one end to form a lollipop shape. If using the flat part, cut around the bone and push the meat down towards one end.

   - Repeat for all the chicken pieces.

2. **Marinate the Chicken:**

   - In a bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, red chili sauce, black pepper powder, red chili powder, vinegar (or lemon juice), and salt.

   - Add the chicken lollipops to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.

3. **Prepare the Batter:**

   - In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt.

   - Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing continuously until you get a thick batter. The batter should be thick enough to coat the chicken lollipops.

4. **Fry the Chicken Lollipops:**

   - Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

   - Dip each marinated chicken lollipop into the batter, making sure it is evenly coated.

   - Carefully place the coated chicken lollipops into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Fry in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.

   - Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried chicken lollipops and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

5. **Serve:**

   - Serve the hot chicken lollipops with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce, garlic mayonnaise, or ketchup.
